A lot of requirements are specified for windows, such as chemical resistance, thermal engineering characteristic, quality of maintainance, accessibility of raw materials, ease of recycling and many more. According to statistics, PVC windows are the main promising production technology.
Using PVC windows in large-scale construction leads in massive saving of natual resources, because wooden windows are replaced by windows made of PVC.
If you compare wooden and PVC windows, it will be obvious that wooden windows require too much different costs and natural resources while PVC windows are regarded as special elitist trend suitable primarily for small-scale construction, various old buildings restoration and other tasks requiring special attention.
