WD-600 is able to size ( cut ) four sides of the door with high precision in a single operation and has the optional unit for milling lock-handle slots in 2 mins 40 seconds. The cutting operation is carried out with the system containing one saw unit on Y axis and two saw units on the X axis. Mitsubishi or Omron Touch panels provide precise and easy controlling.

The “Is Aluminium or uPVC Better ” question has no real answer. On the one hand the double glazing company that does not work on aluminium window profiles may not encourage it because they want to sell pvc .The expense issue also contributes to the deciding process. So the final conclusion is usually using pvc in residental areas and aluminium in commercial areas due to the high heat efficiency of PVC.Aluminium is also used more frequently in tall buildings due to aluminium being a stronger material.But everything depends on certain factors such as a well installed aluminium window profile can be better than a medium quality uPVC or a weak quality aluminium window can be a nightmare in cold weathers and a weak installed pvc window will have the benefit of having much better isolation due to its manufacturing advantage of having welds.
So the window company must have high quality pvc window machinery or aluminium window machinery to prevent any kind of manufacturing error in both aluminium and uPVC window manufacturing.
